Who: Up to 80 – Region 3 Level 9-10 athletes
What: Upper-level camp with 6 College Coaches, 2 judging classroom sessions, 2 routine composition
workshops, PT/Trainer sessions, coach’s classroom sessions with clinicians and judges • Athlete
sessions on skills, combinations & connections – all with judges’ direct evaluations and input •
Specialized sessions on athlete self-care, and routine construction check-up with judges.
A full weekend of training, information and camaraderie!
